As the copper ferrite gains more attention due to its unique electronic, thermal, and catalytic properties, the need to explore the mechanism of its formation is becoming a task to be studied. As the copper ferrite gains more attention due to its unique electronic, thermal, and catalytic properties, the need to explore the mechanism of its formation is becoming a task to be studied. These results shed light on the formation of ferrite first begun with the formation of Fe3O4, and then, incorporation of Cu2+ ion is done.
