Abstract: | Optimization of formulation factors of gallic acid-loaded PLGA nanoparticles is represented in Table 1, and the study was designed to determine the effects of three factors: (A; X1) lipid concentration, (B; X2) PLGA polymer concentration, and (C; X3) gallic acid concentration. The results of Y1 (entrapment efficiency), Y2 (size), and Y3 (drug release) are represented in Table 2.
